Job Responsibilities:
1.Build up the operations management procedure and key metrics for daily monitoring, with continuous improvement of performance management metrics.
2.Set target expectations and actively manage diagnostics of logistics performance identifying the most critical issues for business and providing insights for operational optimization. Areas include logistics, product and customer service.
3.Responsible for operations SOP formulation and execution analysis, adjusting and updating the SOP with actual practice.
4.Looking into the whole process of logistics performance, through collaborative product construction and data system construction, to monitor, analyze and improve the performance of service vendors.
5.Monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements.
Job Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing management, logistics, mathematics, industrial engineering or a related field.
2.Prior work experience in the freight forwarding and logistics will be a plus.
3.Exceptional coordination/multi-tasking ability, time management and organization skills.
4.Strong and effective oral/written communications skills in English and Chinese. French speaking will be a plus.
5.Strong attention to detail. Thoroughness. Analytical thinking and creativity.
6.Self-motivated, initiative, innovative, challenge embracer.
