**About the role**:
The Product Management Team at VITEC is committed to creating exceptional and innovative products that shape the market landscape and drive business revenue growth.

This position, based at VITEC's headquarters in Châtillon, reports to the Head of Product Management - Video Delivery Systems.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscape and identify customer needs. Use insights to inform product strategy and decision-making. Anticipate relevant technological industry trends - incremental and radical innovation.
- Conduct user research to develop a deep understanding of the products. Spend time with end users, partners, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Lead the product roadmap execution for our next generation encoder/decoder/transcoder product line, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, operation, customer success, marketing, and sales.
- Smartly manage roadmap scope such that VITEC can demonstrate value-add to prospects and existing customers to maximize revenue from new business and as well as support plan renewals.
- Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on customer feedback, market requirements, and business goals, and prioritize them effectively

for implementation in the Product Management tool (Aha).
- Work closely and effectively with UX designer, R&D teams and especially Program Managers and Product Owners to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
- Champion the team, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment around the overall strategy and direction of the product.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing to cover all aspects of the “Place” and “Promotion” - Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement, to drive adoption and achieve revenue growth.
- Define and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, including product features and roadmap.
- Support outbound marketing activities such as tradeshows, conferences, panels and discussions with strategic integrators and partners.

**Profil**:
**About You**:

- Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of similar related experience, 3+ years in product management. It would be advantageous to have experience specifically in video over IP, IPTV, or related industries - encoder/decoder/transcoder/video/networks.
- Knowledge of or transferable skills and experience to quickly develop a deep understanding of embedded hardware/software products, IP video technologies, digital media formats and protocols.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to process complex

information, prioritize opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage, drive and influence cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for product development and

project management.
- Proven ability to drive product launches and go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Experience working with global or multi-cultural teams and customers is a plus.
