**Your Role**
Under the supervision of a Project Manager, you will be part of a **collaborative and dynamic** team, contributing to:

- **Medical Information Management**: Handling inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients in German and English.
- **Pharmacovigilance & Product Complaints**: Detecting, documenting, and reporting product issues and safety cases for medicinal products.
- **Regulatory Support**: Assisting in the preparation and submission of pharmaceutical regulatory documents.
- **Literature Research**: Conducting literature screenings in the medical/scientific field.

**Your Profile**
- Education & Experience: University degree or 2+ years in medical translation, interpreting, or administration.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in German and English (French is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and use of computer systems.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Research & Analysis: Experience in literature research and monitoring.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, systematic, and rigorous in execution.

**Salary**:Between 23000 and 26000 Euro, depending on experience.
