Nous recrutons un(e) Building manager - societe de property management H/F en CDI. Au sein d'une société d'actifs tertiaires, vous avez en charge un site tertiaire vers Levallois-Perret (15000m2 - 10 étages - code du travail - ERP). Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible avec une rémunération comprise entre 45000€ et 50000€ brut sur 13 mois.

Notre client est une structure spécialisée dans l'immobilier tertiaire qui gère des actifs pour le compte d'investisseurs (monopropriétaires et copropriétaires). Ils ont également un patrimoine propre. C'est la filiale de Property management d'un promoteur.

Rattaché(e) au directeur technique, vous aurez la responsabilité du pilotage, du maintien de l’entretien d’un bâtiment tertiaire reconnu. Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Pilotage des prestataires de maintenance multi technique, sécurité, entretien des espaces vert et ménage
- Gestion de la conformité réglementaire
- Gestions des énergies et fluides
- Suivi des dommages ouvrages
- Présentation RMA et RTA aux locataires/propriétaire
- Suivi de travaux
- Suivi budgétaire
- Réalisation du PPT

De formation au minimum Bac+2/Bac+5 en maintenance multi technique, vous avez au moins 4/5 ans d'expérience stable sur ce type de poste. Vous êtes idéalement déjà passé côté client (société de PM ou Foncière) mais notre client est ouvert si vous êtes côté Fmeur (Facilty manager) à conditions que vous ayez évolué et que vous avez un profil stable. Primes. Très bonnes connaissances des aspects réglementaires (sécurité incendie, code du travail, ERP, IGH)
