You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**

**1 - Distribution of exclusive and selective brands in Europe**

The Regulatory Affairs Officer:

- is responsible for the listing of the brands for which he/she is responsible: cosmetics, accessories, electrical devices, food supplements, etc.
- manages non-compliances with the internal teams (catman, supply, subsidiaries), the partner Zalando and the brands.

**2 - Validation of communication supports**

In collaboration with the legal teams, the regulatory affairs officer validates the communication materials developed by the internal teams following the laws and regulations in force.

**3 - Cosmetovigilance**

In contact with stores, internal departments, our partner Zalando, brands, authorities and an external service provider, the regulatory affairs manager coordinates cosmetovigilance files for the whole of Europe.

**4 - Other missions**
- Coordinate product withdrawals according to the internal process with the European network, our partner Zalando, with internal departments
- Participate in the drafting of the department's documentation system and ensures process changes
- Participate in the department's regulatory watch: new categories, claims, new distribution flow etc.
- supports the internal teams, subsidiaries and partners as Zalando on regulatory issues.

- A successful experience of 3 to 5 years in regulatory affairs in the cosmetics sector
- Organised, rigorous, good communication skills, ability to make proposals.
- Recognised for your strong interpersonal skills, your initiative and autonomy, your ability to observe, adapt and be discreet
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Good command of IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
