To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a new **Legal Counsel **- EMEA Direct Sales, based in Paris.

Reporting to the Head of Legal based in Paris, you will** **be the legal partner for our EMEA North Sales Teams

**Concretely, you will**:

- Advise EMEA Sales Vice President and Regional Vice President(s) in the North EMEA Sales region(s).
- Support EMEA Sales, Alliance and Customer Success organisations in structuring commercial transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as SaaS subscription agreements, order schedules, confidentiality agreements.
- Partner with finance, sales ops and other internal teams to ensure implementation of our policies and processes.
- Assist in optimising contract templates, drafting global corporate policies and processes.
- Provide training to the Sales teams to enable deal speed and scale.
- Assist in the management of contract documentation flow, approvals, reporting and archiving consistent with internal processes and legal guidelines.
- Develop creative and compliant solutions to resolve complicated business challenges and customer disputes.
- Answer other punctual requests (related in particular to our EMEA offices) & support our EMEA Marketing team.
- Juris Doctor and/or Master's degree in Contract Law
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Pragmatic ability to be a trusted Business Partner
- Resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
- Previous experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry required
- Experience in Indirect Sales / Partner programs is must
- Previous experience as in-house legal counsel in the IT transactional field with large, enterprise-level customers is a plus
- Fluency in english, french is a plus
