Vos missions

  • Être garant de la création, de l'archivage, du suivi, et du contrôle-qualité du Trial Master File (TMF papier et électronique)
  • Suivi des conventions avec les centres investigateurs et suivi des factures
  • Préparation et coordination des réunions internes et rédaction des minutes
  • Support à la logistique des études
  • Mise à jour des trackers
  • Responsable de la saisie des données et des mises à jour de statut dans le CTMS
  • Aider, le cas échéant, à la gestion de projet et au suivi des études cliniques (liaison avec les CROs, les fournisseurs des traitements, les laboratoires centraux et les autres fournisseurs pour les tâches liées aux études).
  • Possibilité d'effectuer des missions transverses d'Arc Remote

Vos compétences

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins un diplôme Bac+2, de préférence dans une spécialisation scientifique.
  • Vous avez au minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que CTA/GEC ou assistante de projet clinique dans un poste lié au domaine des opérations cliniques (CRO, laboratoires..)
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des documents réglementaires, de la terminologie médicale et des BPC.
  • Un bon niveau en anglais est OBLIGATOIRE pour ce poste
