Focus sur la mission: Le Service designer spécifie et valide le comportement des fonctions dont il a la charge: - Part de la "voix du client" définie par les équipes Produit et converge vers le meilleur niveau de service en cohérence avec le périmètre du projet (contrat de prestation) - Rédige la spécification fonctionnelle de niveau « Service » : définit les Use Cases, décrit les comportements fonctionnels et dysfonctionnels, réalise l'analyse de risques (HARA), fixe les performances - Supporte le développement du Service pour adapter le cahier des charges si nécessaire - Rédige les plans de tests de bout en bout, fonctionnels et dysfonctionnels - Vérifie et valide de bout en bout le comportement du service Le Service designer contribue également à l'intégration des innovations et du benchmarking. Dans l'organisation monde Stellantis le Service designer interagit avec ses homologues des autres régions pour garantir la convergence monde sous l'égide du Service Leader. Focus sur le domaine technique: **Profil**: Formation: école d'ingénieurs avec des connaissances en ingénierie et en informatique et/ou télécom et/ou systèmes embarqués et/ou solutions de mobilité. Langues : anglais (C1 - Courant (3,5 - 4,4 Bright)) Permis B Compétences comportementales : esprit d'équipe, autonomie, appétence pour les nouvelles technologies, capacité à penser comme le client, esprit de synthèse Compétences Techniques: - Architecture fonctionnelle : définir les cas d'utilisation, le cycle de vie,et en déduire les exigences - Gestion de projets & Rédaction de livrables Une première expérience dans le domaine de la connectivité ou de l'infotainment serait un plus mais n'est pas indispensable. **Localisation du poste**: **Pays**: Europe, France, Ile-de-France, Yvelines (78) **Ville**: Poissy **Niveau d'expérience min. requis**: 3 à 5 ans
