**You role**:
You are a core member of the Global Life Science Production System Team (LSPS), with responsibility to support the design & continuous improvement of the production system standards as well as driving its implementation at plants, distributions centers & value streams with the local teams & external partners. You drive production system roll out (pilot & waves) on sites with local production system teams as per aligned master plan through proposer expertise.
You manage the transformation activities (governance, escalation, feedback) & Track transformation progress for its geography (impact tracking, supporting key meetings etc.) in collaboration with the sites & Integrated Supply Chain Organization excellence execution teams. You define & drive proper stakeholder, change management and communication activities related to LSPS roll out.
You manage required data collection, assessments & analysis in preparation of the production system roll out with the impacted sites and support the definition & alignment with the local teams of the Site Master Plan and ensures inclusion of required actions to deploy the LSPS across the site and through the different levels of maturity toward target state.
You support the development & continuous improvement of the production system playbook, the qualitative, quantitative assessments & associated standards by incorporating best practices and support lessons learned collection on a regular basis to continuously improve the LSPS roll out methodology as well as the production system playbooks.

**Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineering/ Engineering /Supply Chain/Business Administration
- Black Belt accreditation
- At least 15 years of work experience in e.g. leading operations, QA/QC, process engineering/maintenance, supply chain, operation excellence
- Demonstrated experience / expertise in operating / production system design, implementation
- Demonstrated experience in multiple sites implementation of an operating / production system
- Program / Project management experience
- Have built cultural acumen through work experience within specific region
- Strategic minded while having the ability to focus on the critical actions
- Highly influential and able to sell ideas and approaches
- Solid coaching and mentoring competency
- Able to influence change without direct authority
