THE ROLE
Within the Global Commercial Team of Coty Luxury Division, the CCO Junior Business Analyst collects, analyzes, and presents data & key insights working in tight collaboration with global teams (Finance, Media, Marketing Analytics & Insights, Supply, Trade) and local markets. Supporting the CCO Strategic Planning Director and the Senior Business Analyst, the Corporate Trade function and Regional Growth VPs, she/he contributes to the deep and insightful understanding of markets, categories and consumers/shoppers, leading to the crafting of recommendations for stronger plans and ideas.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Your key areas of responsibility will be the following**: Monitor business performance based on defined success metrics, analyze and update relevant sources of data (I.e.: sell-in, sell-out, media, marketing insights ), building accurate, timely and relevant reporting & dashboards. Contribute to a deep market, category and consumer/shopper understanding to support commercial strategic decisions. Help to identify and assess growth opportunities. Work on Innovation Valuation, in close collaboration with CMI, Supply & Finance. Support the preparation of Strategic internal & external meetings, via clear & relevant presentations, and high quality of data & information visualization. Assist in developing Business Intelligence tools to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Marketing/Management. Excellent Excel and Power Point skills (mandatory) and data visualization. Knowledge of Retail panel analysis, Financial KPIs and Reporting. Fluent in English. First experience in managing retail panel data. First experience in Beauty or FMCG.

Skills & Competences
High standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized. Excellent analytical & synthesis skills, able to sort through complex and massive data, identify relevant ones, draw appropriate synthesis and conclusions and share them in a clear & understandable way. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of hierarchy with multifunctional partners and with external stakeholders (English skills mandatory). High learning agility. Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. Ability to work in international business context. Ability to act and operate independently with direction from Management. Passionate about consumer/shopper and business knowledge. High interest for Beauty is a +. Team player
