**Finalité du poste**:
Garantir une politique sociale et de rémunération globale alignée avec la stratégie du Groupe Limagrain, conforme aux contextes légaux locaux, attractive pour les collaborateurs, et adaptée aux profils “Dirigeants / Cadres de Direction”. Vous intervenez à la fois au niveau stratégique, opérationnel et dans l’influence interne et externe.

**Vos Missions**:
Missions principales

1. Stratégie Rémunération, Avantages Sociaux & Mobilité Internationale

Evaluer, faire évoluer et formaliser les politiques de rémunération, avantages sociaux (santé, prévoyance, retraite, épargne salariale, mobilité, etc.) et mobilité internationale du Groupe.

Piloter les pesées de poste, étudier et définir les rémunérations des dirigeants et cadres de direction.

Définir la stratégie des avantages sociaux : choix des couvertures, définition des niveaux, optimisation des coûts tout en garantissant une forte valeur perçue par les collaborateurs.

Négocier et gérer les relations avec les prestataires (assureurs, courtiers, fournisseurs de services internationaux).

2. Dialogue social & Affaires Sociales

Piloter les négociations d’accords collectifs pour le Groupe, en lien avec les différentes Business Lines / Business Units.

Suivre et actualiser les conventions collectives applicables, gérer les relations avec les IRP (instances représentatives du personnel) et veiller au maintien d’un climat social serein.

3. Développement & Intégration

Participer aux projets d’acquisition / joint-venture : due diligence sociale, vérifications en matière de rémunération, avantages et risques sociaux, et accompagner l’intégration des nouvelles entités.

4. Management et Pilotage

Piloter l’équipe Rémunération Globale & Affaires Sociales, fixer les objectifs, assurer le suivi, le développement des compétences.

Titulaire d'un Master (Bac +5) en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social, Finance, ou domaine équivalent, vous disposez d'au moins 7 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de la rémunération globale et des avantages sociaux, idéalement dans un contexte international.

Très bonne connaissance de la législation sociale, des conventions collectives, des obligations réglementaires et fiscales liées à la rémunération, aux avantages sociaux, à la mobilité.

Maîtrise des méthodes de pesée de poste, benchmark rémunération, modélisation coûts / valorisation avantages, etc.

Excellente maîtrise d’Excel.

Vous êtes fluent en français et en anglais (B2/C1).
