Year Abroad English Teaching Assistant Internship

Start date: 5th January - 3rd July 2026

This placement is available in various locations across France. It is for University students.

**What does the placement consist of?**
- One-week training either face to face or online depending on your placement
- Weekly training sessions with pedagogical manager
- Helping staff with the supervision of pupils during non-class hours
- Weekly phone calls with Language Connexion to discuss concerns and evaluate your progress
- Help with the visa process
- This is a paid placement based on the French internship wage

**What are we looking for?**
- Native or excellent English language level
- You are a registered student at a higher education institution
- Good basis in the French language
- You enjoy working with/being around kids (previous experience working with children is preferred, but not mandatory)
- You are independent and positive and have a vibrant and energetic personality

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 4.35€ per month
