**A. Responsabilities**:

- Commercial / Finance / Commercialisation teams

**Travelling requirements**: 20%**A.2) Role Purpose**
The Sales & Operations lead is accountable for leading and driving a collaborative and efficient monthly S&OP process. This role is also responsible for embedding a weekly and monthly S&OP meetings to align a consensus plan with Sales, Marketing and Finance.**A.3) Main responsibilities**

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the S&OP process is aligned to CDSP principles and coordinated through the HUB
- Prepare and lead the various S&OP reviews (Demand and Supply), gathering all data, information and metrics in order to identify gaps and scenarios that will then be used to guide final decision-making and key trade-offs
- Embed and facilitate monthly alignment meetings through local Demand Planning Business Partners, with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Supply, Finance and Commercial teams), in order to achieve best in class plan accuracy
- Challenges counterparts on their outputs, given overall process knowledge and objectives. Highlights root-causes for identified problems and assures of corrective action alternatives
- Communicate critical forecast changes and supply constraints to stakeholders in the Supply Chain, Sales and Finance teams
- Nurture demand and supply integration and continuously drive alignment to one plan

**Leadership Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear direction and prioritization of workload across X functional teams

**B. Skills and experiences**

**B.1)Qualifications required**

Grades: Masters Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
Languages: Fluent English and French are required. Another European language is a plus

**B.2) Experience**

**Required**:

- 6 years relevant work experience
- 3 years experience in supply chain planning domain
- Experience in FMCG environment

Desired: International exposure

**B.3) Competencies required**

**Knowledge**
- Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Planning / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to optimize delivery reliability, cost efficiency and working capital management
- Experience with setting up and managing (interlinkages between) processes in the areas of product management, demand planning, supply planning (production & procurement) and executive business planning
- Define, deploy and maintain an effective performance monitoring system for S&OP process. The S&OP lead is a key contributor to the continuous improvement effort for the S&OP process.

- Demonstrated initiative and follow up skills; capable of handling simultaneous responsibilities and deadlines with mínimal guidance

- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable to operate at senior management level, also when dealing with sensitive topics
- Analytical mindset / skills & ability to comprehend extensive planning environments &schedules
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and manage tension in S&OP conversations
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
- Wider cross-functional experience preferable e.g. Commercial, Finance or Supply
