Our Customer Success Operations department based in Bordeaux/Cestas is looking for its future:
**Pattern design - International Customer Support (M/F)**

**MISSIONS**

As part of the Customer Success Department based in Bordeaux, the Pattern design - International Customer Support is the Fashion and functional expert of Lectra and Gerber CAD softwares such as Modaris, Diamino, Quick/Flex offers, Fashion on Demand, Accumark, Accunest

She/He will have to deal with the customers’ requests and Lectra technical employee requests (problem qualification, prioritization, diagnosis and analysis, resolution, escalation).
- Help customers in their pattern design and product development processes,
- Track the support requests until resolution,
- Escalate requests and bugs by supplying a detailed analysis of the issues,
- Provide support to internal specialists from our subsidiaries,
- Continuous monitor the on-going issues,
- Write technical documents, FAQ for customers and other internal specialists in our subsidiaries,
- Organize workshops,

**PROFILE**

You have Minimum a two year degree in the Fashion industry and have a first professional experience (including internship).

You know or are familiar with Knowledges on Lectra, Gerber or other CAD softwares

You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service. You have good analytical and adaptive skills, especially in solving problems related to external and internal customer needs.

**The main languages required are French and English.**

**The optional languages are German, Portuguese and Dutch.**

The position is based in Cestas (23 chemin de Marticot) - to join us:

- Accessible by freeway exit 25 of the A63 (car and two-wheeler parking on site)
- From Bordeaux center in 20-25 min : by TER 12 min Bordeaux St-Jean - Cestas-Gazinet and 10 min by bike/trottinette to access the campus on off-road bike path.
- From Pessac - Unitec stop via Transgironde 602 : Marticot stop : 20min
