The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase. You will primarily work with Incubation & platforms products covering digital marketing & commerce platform and digital tools for business

**WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU**

As a **Primary Salesforce Architect**, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will also bring expertise in **job scheduling and orchestration**, ensuring seamless integration and automation across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and design **Salesforce solutions** aligned with business needs and global tech standards
- Lead **end-to-end implementation** of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Ensure **data governance, security, and compliance** across Salesforce environments
- Collaborate with squads to define **technical components** and select optimal solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using **APIs, middleware, and job scheduling tools**:

- Design and manage **job scheduling workflows** (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, or native Salesforce schedulers)
- Oversee **testing, deployment, and documentation** of Salesforce features
- Support **incident resolution** and performance optimization
- Recommend **technical roadmap** and reduce technical debt
- Share **architectural best practices** and contribute to cross-platform initiatives

**Technical Expertise**:

- Deep expertise in **Salesforce architecture**, configuration, and customization
- Experience with **Salesforce development** (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
- Strong understanding of **Salesforce data model**, security, and sharing rules
- Proficiency in **job scheduling tools** and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with **integration patterns**, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
- Familiarity with **DevSecOps**, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of **data governance**, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Ability to lead **technical projects** and collaborate across squads
- Passion for **continuous learning** and staying current with Salesforce and scheduling technologies

**FUNCTIONAL SKILLS**
- Strong technical background, with deep expertise in platform Architecture topics
- Good understanding of tech standards & components for digital technologies & web hosting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration & teamwork, with the ability to work in an agile development environment
- Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
- Good leadership skills, with some ability to lead the architecture community
