**Mission**

To plan & carry out or coordinate in detail the start-up of turnkey systems and to enable the continuous improvement of our products.

**Main responsibilities**
- Preparation / Planning | 20% of the time;
- Engineering Support | 20% of the time;
- Quality / Continuous Improvement | 20% of the time;
- Testing / Commissioning | 40% of the time.

**Main skills**
- Prepare plans and procedures for the testing and commissioning phases;
- Plan all activities for the commissioning of McPhy systems (HRS & Electrolysers and related activities);
- Verify and validate the installation of the systems;
- Carry out the FAT and SAT according to the obligations of the contract signed between the customer and McPhy;
- Keeping the commissioning schedules and the allocated budget;
- Lead the feedback from the test and commissioning to the Electrolyser & HRS engineering;
- Participate in the development of McPhy products;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of McPhy products in collaboration with the QHSE department and engineering.

**P**rofile**
- Technical training (BAC+5) - Mechanical, R&D or Materials engineering school;
- Knowledge of technical products (HRS & Electrolysers);
- Good computer skills (Pack Office);
- Good knowledge of French and English;
- German or Italian is a plus.

**Other**
- Travel to customer sites is expected, up to 60-80% of working time, in France or in Europe;
- Permanent position;
- Strong international team spirit & cooperation.
