_**DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY**_
- The Store Associate will work as part of the Retail Team to bring the TravelWifi brand to life as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs and the Retail experiences are continuously evolving._
- **PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- The following is a list of primary job duties that the Store Associate would be responsible for. This list is not exhaustive and may include other tasks as assigned by management:_
- **Welcoming customers and visitors in the store, answering basic questions about tourist activity in Paris**_
- **Guide your customers through their purchasing experiences with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.**_
- **Operate the register and point of sale system with proficiency.**_
- **Stocking and merchandising products, creating displays, and pushing promotions according to company strategy and guidance.**_
- **Keeping the store clean, organized, and ready to receive customers at all times.**_
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_
- **Customers Service and Sales experience within a retail environment**_
- **A high degree of aptitude with tourists (experience in tech retail is appreciated too)**_
- **Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach**_
- **Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (mandatory), English (mandatory) and other languages (appreciated)**_
- **Willingness to work alongside peers and leaders, learning and sharing best practices**_
- **WORKING CONDITIONS**_
- The below working conditions will be observed by the employee on a regular basis. Please note, this list is not exhaustive:_
- **Standing and walking for extended periods of time for up to 8-10 hours**_
- **Unassisted heave lifting up to 15 14 kg**_
- **Use of box cutters**_
- **Iteration of duties**_
- **Contract Type**_: Long term fulltime contract : 40hours per week (weekdays and potentially Saturday)_
- Starting date : First Week of November 2024_
Pay: 19,722.50€ - 74,838.86€ per year
