Service Planner and Coordinator

**Role and responsibilities**:
Support your Team in a creative dynamic environment in an administrative, organized and supportive way, in order to enable your Team to function in an effective and efficient manner.
- Pick-up support requests from customers and initiate call handling process.
- Own, maintain and optimize planning of customer support activities for the entire team.
- Align all required resources and monitor availability.
- Assistant to line management team, in terms of business operations.
- Responsibilities for Service Order administration to support financial closure and service parts configuration administration, in line with our internal business and financial deadlines.
- Proactively support the line management team with reports/information that enable them to drive performance to support Service Order administration.

**Education and experience**:

- Associates degree in office administration or equivalent experience.
(including SharePoint, MS Teams as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- SAP R3 and HANA proficiency or experience would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
- Experience working in a technical / service business environment an advantage.
- Skilled at building clear and concise processes and procedures to support the office administration support activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills required, including good time management skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling a wide encompassing connection to the personal in a medium scale organization, as well as connecting with customers.
- Ability to learn and adopt to new systems quickly.
