Within One Tech, TotalEnergies is recruiting an **Project Adviser - Offshore and Wind Projects M/F **who will be the main point of contact for all matters related to the execution of the projects related to the assets he/she will follow.

The position is based in Paris La Défense.

The **Project Adviser - Offshore and Wind Projects M/F** will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of operated and non-operated industrial projects. He/she will provide active support and project management expertise to the entities responsible for carrying out the projects (other OneTech entities, subsidiaries of the Company, project management).

His/her responsibilities will be as follows:
1. HSEQ
- Integrate HSEQ action into studies and projects, propose improvement initiatives and share HSE feedback with projects in progress
- Participate in forums and joint actions with other Operators

2. Participation in development and FEED studies up to FID (Final Investment Decision)
- Develop the project's contractual strategy and jointly prepare the relevant contract committees
- Define the execution plan for the projects monitored, ensuring the robustness of the selected solutions, technical reviews and consultation with industry and contractors.
- Participate and/or lead development and FEED studies up to the selection of contractors and subcontractors at FID.

3. Support for post-FID projects
- Provide assistance to subsidiaries/projects on all matters related to project management and implementation
- Ensuring accurate reporting on each project, and monitoring critical and alert points
- Propose initiatives to improve project performance and implement them when validated
- Contribute to the validation of the SORs (core project requirements), their revisions and subsequent changes to these requirements, as appropriate

4. Business know-how, technology watch and industry relations
- Ensuring effective coordination with other OneTech entities promoting innovative solutions
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve and capitalise on project management know-how.
- General engineer with a minimum of 15 years professional experience in project management and technical management and expediting of manufacturing and/or installation of various offshore O&G / Wind projects.
- Experience in following a complete tender process (EPC type) would be highly appreciated
- Fluent English essential
