- You will be part of the IS Datacenter & Cloud Delivery Team, which is in charge of managing hosting Operations, Projects and Strategy for IT hosting needs on-prem, in central datacenters and in the Cloud.

- Purpose
- The Hybrid-Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager operates in a Global environment leading the datacenter, cloud and hybrid-cloud services delivery by supervising the operations and managing the Nexans Datacenter & Cloud Service Providers and internal teams to ensure SLA's, KPI’s and service excellence in line with the business expectations.- He/She takes an active role in major incident management and ensures full supplier engagement. He/She is managing the implementation and integration of new systems and solutions and ensures that delivered services comply with business needs and Nexans standards.- Areas of responsibility

- Manage provider’s delivery performance by supervising SLAs and KPIs
- Publish monthly dashboards with provider’s SLAs and KPIs
- Follow-up budget consumption
- Manage the lifecycle (from commissioning to decommissioning) of services provided by the service providers and on the cloud
- Evaluate, create, document and publish the service catalogue, service levels and other agreements associated with the IT service delivery provider
- Manage and improve the ordering process for new services from the service providers
- Coordinate operational activities between the service providers and Nexans Business
- Support the integration of new services and solutions by coordinating the activities with Nexans customers and Core IT service delivery providers.
- Ensure comprehensive planning of the cutover for transfer of new services into production and coordinate their validation process.
- Support, organize and follow up operations management routines on a regular basis
- Schedule and supervise regular tests of the disaster recovery plans with all involved stakeholders
- Ensure that incident and change management process are fully in place and followed up by Core IT service delivery providers.
- Ensure that detailed documentation of IS solutions (HLD / LLD / Processes) is delivered according to service levels and quality standards and updates performed regularly
- Contribute to major incident resolution process, coordinating all stakeholders, ensuring processes are correctly followed and adequate communication with stakeholders and management is well performed, with the support of the area Incident Manager.
- Contribute to Change Advisory Board when changes are to be managed on the incumbent scope of responsibility
- Identify, assess and manage risks and changes and implement appropriate actions.
- Participates in the Cloud Foundation Core Model for the Cloud services delivery
- Optimizes the Cloud Services delivery by defining and updating automated processes- Design- Follows the refactoring of cloud services with a PaaS approach with cost effectiveness in mind
