The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on various employee relations and performance management matters. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and effectively managing risks related to employer-employee relationships.

Your responsibilities:

- Daily support: Collaborate with managers, providing daily coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Advice and coaching: Offer support, advice, coaching, and guidance on employee relations issues, while protecting confidentiality in the interest of all parties.
- Documentation and recommendations: Review and assist in drafting documents related to corrective actions, performance improvement, and terminations.
- Risk analysis: Identify and assess legal/compliance risks in employment situations and provide recommendations on complex issues (terminations, investigations, medical issues/accommodations).
- Knowledge updates: Stay informed on labor laws and trends.
- Internal investigations: Conduct internal investigations, document findings, and make recommendations to management.
- Training: Collaborate with the Learning team to develop and deliver training programs on manager effectiveness, HR compliance, and other employee relations-related programs.
- Performance evaluation: Support managers and other HR functions throughout the annual performance evaluation process.
- Trend analysis: Monitor and interpret employee relations trends to proactively identify issues and develop solutions.

Your profile:

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Psychology is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in employee relations, with experience managing complex and sensitive cases such as underperformance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, investigations, etc.
- Labor law knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor law in France.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment based on policies, procedures, practices, risk factors, and precedents.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to inspire trust and influence decision-making.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
