Internship: Financial

Strong project management skills, able to follow complex projects with many actors
- Good analytical skills;
- Financial analysis, financial control
- Very good writing & spoken skills in English and French;
- Synthesis spirit, able to catch main ideas and to organize and summarize information;
- Autonomous, able to work remotely with our main contractor;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Basic knowledge of environmental issues is a plus.
- Good IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint
- **1. FINANCIAL (50% of time)**_

The intern will collaborate with the CFO to assist in a number of financial control and analysis projects to help improve ways of workings:

- Various reconciliations (purchase ledger, credit cards and expenses, VAT)
- Various analysis (Marketing budget, travel expenses)
- Design and implementation of Management reporting
- Improvement of current SAGE accounting process, including automation of postings
- **2. ENVIRONMENTAL (50% of time)**_

The intern will collaborate with our environmental partner within the carbon management plan of MSG. The intern will support the coordination of different projects:

- Assist on preparation of data collection for the carbon monitoring report:

- Meetings with MSG’s environmental partners
- Animate and organize internal sustainability project meetings with the management of MSG
- Monthly environmental follow up meetings with management
- Data collection from different departments/employees/suppliers of the company
- Assist on preparation and construction of company’s decarbonization plan.
- Put in place actions to fulfill the objectives of ‘FIA Three Star Accreditation’ audit
- Collaborate on putting in place awareness and training sessions for the team.
- Create internal sustainability newsletters and awareness action days
- Prepare guidelines to explain expectations of the new sustainability strategy to the team
- Participate on FIA environmental team meetings ‘Greenest Grid’ and write minutes to tutor
- Be the point of contact for all sustainability inquiries of the company.
