Your missions will be: - Implement a permanent market observation and competition analysis - Responsible for the specification and develop the product argumentation tailored to the customer segment in cooperation with the product management in the SMS organization - Develop the business plans for new product development projects - Develop the project roadmap under consideration of legal and technological framework - Monitor sales, revenues, costs and profitability of the assigned products and developing proposals for portfolio optimization - Provide technical support for the product and portfolio management of the SMS organization - Ensure continuous reflection on the product group's strategy and introduction of innovations based on a broad knowledge of changing customer needs, technological advances and the competition. **What makes us successful together**: - At least 3 years of professional experience ideally in product or program management - Solid know-how in HVAC technologies and business environment, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills with international teams - Professional English **Your Contact**: Romain Gatard +33698292024
