**Main missions**

At Breega, we think that investment doesn't stop when the round is closed. As part of the scaling team, you'll be in charge of assisting our Growth Manager in providing high-value insights to our startups, industrializing the accompaniment, and turning Breega as a reference in the Growth ecosystem.

**Your role will cover (but will not be limited to) the following, supervised by our Growth Manager**:
**Learn**:

- Be aware of the last trends of the Growth ecosystem to share them with our portfolio (_Watch, tools testing, meetings with other Growth). _Time needed: 30%

**Teach**:

- Create relevant marketing content for our startups (_Workshops, playbooks, benchmarks, templates). _Time needed: 20%

**Advise**:

- Support our Growth Manager to build and operate impactful Growth strategies (_Office hours, roadmap creation, occasional operational support, performance monitoring). _Time needed: 30%

**Represent**:

- Represent Breega in the startup ecosystem and place us as Growth experts _(External events). _Time needed: 10%

**Operate**:

- Implement Growth best practices for internal Breega teams (_Operational Growth missions defined with the Invest team). _Time needed: 10%

**Competencies**
- You're fluent in English and good french level
- You have a previous experience in a very dynamic environment (consulting, startup, finance,...)
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset (agility, proactivity, autonomy, problem solving)
- You know what you don't know and have the ability to quickly develop new skills
- Strong analytical skills & mindset
- Very good knowledge of digital tools & software (such as Notion, Website creation, scraping, coding, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

**What recruitment process?**
- 1 HR Interview - 15 min
- 1 Interview with Arnaud, Growth Manager
- 1 IRL interview with a case (with an intro to our CSO)
