You will join the GFS/Natixis Credit Risk Division as a leading manager in charge of the Credit Surveillance team in the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) department.

This team consists of approximately 15 internal and external employees based in Paris, Charenton-Le-Pont and Porto. The team’s tasks are focused on cross-functional credit risk monitoring (rating, credit alerts, distribution risk and forbearance), second level controls on compliance with counterparty and credit limits (country, sector and individual limits on financing operations) and the coordination and animation of committees, in particular the Watch List and Provision committee, the limits committee and presentations to credit risk committees.

Your daily tasks are:

- Supervise the team for which you are responsible (HR management, recruitment, training, management of external service budgets);
- Coordinate the work carried out by the team with all other stakeholders within the Bank (teams of Credit risk analysts, business lines, financial management);
- Participate in management development projects and credit risk monitoring;
- Ensure the implementation of recommendations relating to the Credit Surveillance scope and participate in discussions with supervisory teams (Natixis internal audit, BPCE General Inspection, ECB and other national supervisors).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education qualification and at least six years of experience in a CIB control function (risk, financial, audit or general inspection).

You are proficient in:

- The processes governing credit risk within a financial institution such as Natixis;
- IPC activities (financing and market products);
- Bank information systems and credit risk management;
- Team management.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Proactive and diplomatic;
- Recognized for your pragmatism and sense of outcome;
- You are a leader and are committed to developing the skills of your employees in a multicultural environment, and through your actions, you promote cross-border cooperation.

You have a command of English at B1 level.
