Our core Values are : Pioneering Spirit, Fast & Agile, Excellence, Greener & Cleaner **Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.** **Job description**: **Context**: Defining detailed production plan (MPS) and securizing suppliers’ capacity are paramount for ACC success (mass production) **Overall job definition**: To realize MPS on a weekly basis and a capacity survey twice a year. **External relations**: IS / IT provider, customers **MISSIONS PRINCIPALES, OBJECTIFS ET INDICATEURS ASSOCIES** - MPS - Run weekly the MPS (Master Production Schedule) process for all ACC Blocks - In collaboration with the Gigafactory Supply Chain team, highlight the potential industrial constraints and make sure some mitigation plans are defined in case of shortage vs the customer demand - In collaboration with the Procurement team, highlight the potential suppliers constraints and make sure some mitigation plans are defined in case of shortage vs the customer demand - Communicate with the customers regarding the production plan definition (especially in case of confirmed shortage, to define the best arbitration between the products) - Taking into account the customers / suppliers / industrial inputs and the stock target, define and officialize every week the weekly target production plan of the upcoming 6 months (for all ACC blocks) o Participate to the selection and implementation of the future MPS / S&OP tool - Capacity survey - Run twice a year the suppliers capacity survey - In collaboration with the S&OP manager, define the target volumes to be shared to customers for the upcoming 3 years (at part level) - In collaboration with Purchasing, Quality and Supplier Performance Engineer teams, - Make sure that all suppliers answer to the capacity survey and organize the handover with Quality, Purchasing and Supplier Performance Engineer teams in order to make sure that the proper action plans are defined and monitored in case of lack of capacity - Maintain the capacity database defining all the capacity steps forecasted for all suppliers - Highlight in Investment and/or S&OP committee the investments to be made at supplier level if needed **Profile**: **Knowledge / Know how** Master Production Schedule and Procurement Experience (domain, number of years) OEM or cells manufacturing experience (in supply chain) 7 years minimum experience. **Qualifications (diplomas, )**: Engineer English - 2nd language would be interested (German, Italian ) **Key behaviours**: Data oriented / capacity of synthesis / ease in communication / Flow mindset **Why join us?** **Our Advantages and Perks**: new premises, parking spaces reserved for carpoolers, possibility of recharging your electric car on reserved spaces in our parking lot.
