**Are you ready to join us and be a part of our development ?**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and as part of the Global Marketing Team, you will be at the heart of OVRSEA's growth by taking part in major initiatives to support our acquisition.

You will manage both mailing and Paid campaigns. Within a human-sized team, you will also take part in innovative marketing projects.

Your scope will be international. You missions will concern France and new markets: Spain, Italy, United States.

**You will be responsible for the following missions**:
**Managing digital campaigns (40%):
Running impactful campaigns both through mailing (CRM Hubspot) and Paid Media (LinkedIn Campaign Manager )
- Contributing to build new campaigns, via new channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) or through a different funnel (retargeting)
- Optimizing campaigns by diving into the data of marketing campaigns and running A/B tests

**Supporting new Marketing projects (25%):
Taking part in the definition of impactful projects to meet acquisition objectives such as offline Campaign, events
- Executing these impactful projects by coordinating various internal and external stakeholders in different geographies.
- Conducting post-mortem reviews for each new project to evaluate the relevance of iterating and if so in what way

**Contributing to Structuration & Performance (35%):
Conducting post-campaign review (campaign retrospectives) to ensure campaigns are effectively evaluated against objectives and key learnings and insights are fed back into the business
- Support with the development of Marketing Campaigns playbook & monitoring templates
- Support the Head of Marketing with the development and update a Global Marketing Calendar

**Profile**:

- Student in Master 1 or 2 and are looking for a gap year/end of studies internship
- Experience in marketing campaign management (mailing and Paid) using digital platforms (CRM and Paid Media) is a plus
- Eager to contribute significantly to commercial growth ambitions, owning and achieving key KPIs
- Strong personal organization and project management abilities
- Comfortable in an international context. Fluency in English and in French, written and spoken, is essential
