We are seeking a Sr. director to lead the Business Line RF Processing Functional Safety Manager. Join our team of experts in developing cutting-edge technologies that make cars safer and more secure. As the manager of a team of Functional Safety architects specialized in hardware, software, and system, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety across the business line.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of functional safety managers and architects, supporting the development of ADAS
- Define the safety architecture of future automotive radar, ADAS, infotainment platforms
- Define the safety architecture of future personal health appliance
- Define and maintain ISO 26262 compliant processes
- Identify, report, fix safety deviations
- Drive a safety culture that promotes continuous improvement in Functional Safety
**Requirements**:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience of people management
- Master of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 10 to 15 years of industry experience
- Experience in ISO-26262
- Comfortable working with project organizations compliant with ISO9001, IATA 16949
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in architecting, designing, and validating functional safety systems in the automotive industry
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to enroll technical and business stakeholders, including internal engineering teams, customers, and ecosystem partners
