To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for a Security Manager, whose role will be to define, supervise and coordinate all safety requirements and activities within our company. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will be responsible for a corporate perimeter covering all Group-owned or leased entities, as well as all employees working there. **Main responsibilities** - Implementation of the company's security strategy - Assessment of malicious acts risks - Definition of security prevention/protection measures for all new projects - Control of services (correct implementation of prevention and protection measures) by third parties and staff - Verification and approval of related invoices - Supervision of resources via the safety hypervisor - Drawing up security procedures for guards - Set up training sessions for guards and employees - Duty to alert and monitor threats - Advice to the Security Director - Back up the Security Director in the event of crisis management **Your profile**: **Technical skills** - Good knowledge of the general legal framework to be respected ex RGPD - Mastery of technological methods and tools related to security, including not only security equipment (cameras, intrusion detection, access control) but also the electrical installations required for their proper operation. - Able to draw up specifications for calls for tender by service providers - Project management (short, medium and long-term projects) - KPI management, dashboards, benchmarking **Soft skills** - Leadership & impact - Good communication skills with a wide range of interlocutors - Discretion, strong sense of confidentiality - Responsiveness - Stress resistance and resilience - Fluent English **Education & Experience** Diploma in Security from a recognized organization, Master's level - Or Bac + 2/3 with 5 to 10 years' experience in the Security field, including at least 5 years in a position of responsibility.
