Dans le cadre d?un projet stratégique de déploiement international de SAP S/4HANA, nous recherchons un Stream Lead SAP PEO expérimenté pour accompagner la phase de design et piloter une équipe de consultants. Le rôle consistera à assurer la conception de la solution en configuration « fit-to-standard », à animer et encadrer des ateliers avec les équipes métiers, et à fournir des recommandations en termes de meilleures pratiques. Le consultant sera responsable de la coordination d?une équipe de 2 à 4 personnes et devra intervenir de manière opérationnelle sur le paramétrage et la configuration SAP S/4HANA. La mission inclut également la participation active aux activités de cadrage, de rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et de suivi des livrables.
Le consultant doit justifier de plus de 10 ans d?expérience sur SAP, dont une expertise avérée sur le module SAP PEO ainsi qu?une solide expérience en design et déploiement de Core Models dans des environnements internationaux. La maîtrise de la conduite d?ateliers, de la coordination d?équipes et de la gestion des interactions avec des parties prenantes variées est essentielle. Un bon niveau de communication, une capacité à fédérer autour d?objectifs communs et une posture proactive sont attendus. La maîtrise de l?anglais est obligatoire, le français est un atout mais non indispensable pour cette mission.
