Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2300 collaborateurs, répartis sur 80 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de 300 000 clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.

ROTATING EXPERT

**Description of the entity and the activity**

The South West Europe Cluster now brings together nearly 4,000 people spread over more than 150 sites in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

Within the Large Industry Business Line, the Industrial Department guarantees the Group's Industrial Policy and thus defines the priorities and key programs to be deployed on the sites, in close collaboration with the Operations Departments of each entity. Its multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, operational excellence, reliability, asset management, projects and process safety) work alongside production sites, SIO teams and sales teams to achieve these common objectives.

Missions & Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Operational Departments, the Rotating Machines expert from the Industrial Direction contributes to the development of the industrial programs, expertise, maintenance and projects in his domain of skill. He ensures the identification, development and dissemination of best practices on the SWE cluster. He leads expertise reviews on the field.

The rotating equipment expert's main mission is the support to Operations.

In the frame of this mission, the main responsibilities are the following:

- Ensure compliance to technical standards.
- Support troubleshooting.
- Contribute to reliability (RCA, vulnerability, sustainability studies )
- Contribute to define the maintenance strategy.
- Contribute to project management acting as technical validator (MOC) SME or DA when needed.
- Work as SME in the frame of critical component services procurement.
- Ensure the best practices sharing facilitating when needed, exchanges and federating technicians of the same domain in SWE perimeter.
- Ensure the “techno survey” defining the orientation of technical choice in their domain of expertise.

**Profile and skills**
- **Engineer with experience in rotating machinery; LI plant operation or service or engineering or machine maintenance activities.**
- **You have excellent analytical skills, are inquisitive and rigorous, able to develop your network (site operators, maintenance experts, manufacturers, suppliers), combined with a high degree of autonomy.**
- **Result-oriented in terms of safety, reliability and maintenance (management of industrial programs. Availability, good interpersonal skills, sense of teamwork.**

**Required skills**:

- **Strong technical knowledge in his/her field of expertise (machine standards, maintenance strategy, technologies).**
- **Competence in project management or field services.**
- **Good knowledge of processes and their control**
- **Knowledge of IMS rules in his:her field of intervention.**
- **Fluent & Technical English
