Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, is specialized in the Europe-wide distribution of children's têxtiles under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi's, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren...).
The company has experienced incredible growth since its creation, and already has over 400 employees across Europe.
We distribute our products both wholesale, with major specialist and multi-brand manufacturers, and retail, via our corners in department stores.
So if you're buying children's clothing (0-7 years for Nike and 0-16 years for Levi's Converse and Jordan), whether in a boutique or online, in France, Romania or any other European country, the product you're holding comes from us even if you're buying it in a Nike or Levi's boutique
To support our Merchandising team, we are looking for an **Merchandising Manag**er (**Off Price**) **on permanent contract based in Saint-Denis near the Stade de France.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Determine off price channel apparel styles based on brand guidelines.
- Work with Associate Merchandiser to analyse product availability for off price channel.
- Make an overview of the off-price product assortment plans per season.
- Analyse Never Out of Stock (NOS) assortment on productivity/ sales performance
- Work with category managers on NOS assortments across bags, accessories, and hosiery
- Communicate NOS changes with Sales/Planning and assist Planning with the NOS buys.
- 4 years + work experience in fashion, sports retail, or sales environment
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiating skills necessary.
- High level of creative and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Project management skills
- Team player
- Excellent MS Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
- Likes to embrace change
- Fluent in English / French

**Salary**:Depending on profile
