Monitor and analyze order intake, in conjunction with the sales department;
Monitor and analyze tooling activities (weekly monitoring, forecast);
Monitor key project performance indicators in the PEM (Project Extended Margin) tool, with a focus on the risks related to the capitalization of development costs of low-profitability projects and operate a circularization with the impairment accounting positions.
Participation in the analysis of monthly R&D net results to management (explain the variance compared to the budget and month N-1);
Actively participate in monthly closings (file preparation, data retrieval, support for operational staff, comments, reminders);
Participate in the preparation of budget and business plan processes; Benchmark and standardize management control tools;
Carry out specific ad hoc analyses.
