Le site de **Saint Bonnet de Mure (69)** héberge l’activité dédiée aux **véhicules électriques** et offre ainsi une large gamme de produits et de solutions couvrant tous les aspects de la **gestion de la puissance** et de la **sécurité** à bord des véhicules électriques.

**Description & missions**:
**Scope**:
Global leader to provide guidance, develop policy/procedures, define purchasing roadmap, support development of tools and resources
In charge of purchasing management for Mersen Electrical Vehicle Business
Support actively the growth of the activity thanks to a reliable and competitive supply base
In charge of defining sourcing strategies and panel for main purchasing categories
Is part of project realization and profitability : from quotation phases until SOP
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Global Leader to join our team dedicated to the Electric Vehicle Business.

**Activities**:

- Define purchasing strategies and implement the corresponding road map
- Source, manage and develop world class suppliers throughout the product lifecycle to meet and exceed internal and external customer targets for cost, quality, delivery, warranty, technology, HSE and timing for purchased products and services
- Team management and development
- Identify risks linked with sourcing activities and implement mitigation plan
- Implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs in purchasing across the whole activity
- Manage purchasing performance and be accountable for the main KPI, in terms of suppliers HSE, Q, C and D
- Participate in and support product development projects. Guarantee the purchasing roadmap from innovation to serial life
- Actively contribute to creating synergies at segment level

**Required background and skills**:

- Proven experience in Purchasing in the Automotive Industry (is a must)
- Track record of leading and/or collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvement initiatives
- Contract management
- Graduate degree in Engineering / Business
- Decision-making and organization skills are a real asset to succeed in this mission
- Advanced level of French and English is mandatory
