The position is full-time and you will be part of the broader Legal team which consists of the General Counsel Office based in Amsterdam and the Legal and Compliance team based in Luxembourg. As a full member of the Mileway France team, you will also report to the Real Estate Counsel France and the Head of Property Management France.

**What you’ll do**
- Draft, review and edit a range of legal documentation including but not limited to, commercial leases agreements, amendments, renewals, short form leases, settlements agreements, mandates and others related documents with supervision of the Real Estate Legal Counsel France,
- Process legal documents for completion using qualifying electronic signatures within DocuSign.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and case precedents, summarize findings and provide concise reports,
- Assist in the management of litigation files, maintain and update Mileway's legal databases and records (such as litigation tracking and other tracking related to our assets, leases, and rent arrears),
- Assist in collecting, filing, and categorizing legal documents in the company's database and collecting documents for legal due diligence (in the context of an acquisition, disposal, insurance renewal, or financing),
- Collaborate with our other Team Assistants, Asset Managers, Office Managers, Legal & Compliance team, and external lawyers for best working practice.

**What you’ll bring**
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in drafting legal documentation within French Law particularly in commercial leasing transactions and litigation processes,
- Your knowledge or experience in legal, secretarial, lease administration, litigation, property management, or other related disciplines is essential,
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Your technology skills. Strong preference for experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint),
- Your strong analytical and organisational skills. You’re well organised with the ability to manage and prioritise many simultaneous tasks, without compromising your excellent quality standard and attention to detail,
- Your great team energy. You’re a hands-on self-starter who works confidently and independently, and you also collaborate well with others,
- Your proactive attitude, openness to learn new systems and processes and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
