**Key Responsibilities**
- Contract Management: Take ownership of reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of contracts.
- Legal Advisory: Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, identifying and managing legal risks in business transactions and tenders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with both business teams and colleagues to ensure seamless alignment.
- Operational Support: Deliver hands-on legal assistance for EVBox's daily activities across Europe.
- Compliance Oversight: Assist in compliance efforts, including creating communication and training materials.
- Template Management: Draft, update, and maintain a database of legal templates.
- Regulatory Awareness: Monitor and interpret laws and regulations relevant to the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Innovate ways to increase legal awareness among business partners and implement guidelines to enhance contract negotiation practices.

**About You**
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in law with 5+ years of relevant experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer or in-house legal counsel specializing in commercial contracts.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in a fast-paced industry, such as the EV sector or a scale-up environment, is highly desirable.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT/IP-related legal matters is preferred.
- Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance legal safeguarding and business continuity. Capable of translating complex legal advice into actionable business insights.
- Contract Enthusiast: Passion for working on diverse contracts and supporting business stakeholders in closing agreements, ranging from sales and operations to support functions like HR, Finance, and IT.
- Positive Mindset: Views challenges as opportunities to innovate and overcome.
