Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Settlement & Collateral Products for the European repo market.

Euronext Securities has the ambition to expand its activities across Europe and in particular in France, Belgium and the Netherlands, where Euronext operates the stock exchange.

To make this expansion successful, Euronext Securities needs to:
- Define a compelling value proposition, in terms of both service and fees, for (1) local issuers and their agents and (2) market participants (custodians, settlement agents) active on the French, Belgian and Dutch markets;- Set a strategy to migrate issuance, settlement and custody activities from the current CSD (Euroclear) to Euronext Securities;- Execute on that strategy in a timeframe compatible with Euronext’s new strategic plan (2025-2027).

In this role you will drive strategic business initiatives, enhance our product offerings, and support revenue growth. The role is based in our Paris office, and collaborates closely with our CSD teams primarily based in Milan, Porto, Copenhagen and Oslo, but also team members across other Euronext locations in particular Euronext Clearing and MTS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the value proposition and drive strategic business initiatives for settlement and collateral products for the European repo market, focusing on services, pricing, and market competitiveness.- Lead market entry strategies, assess competitor offerings, and develop products for the repo market.- Collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, and Business Operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and strong client engagement.- Monitor performance and create key performance indicators to guide management decisions.

What You’ll Bring:
- Expertise in the European repo market, including the settlement, collateral and clearing processes.- Strong analytical skills, with a solution-oriented and creative approach.- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, with solid collaboration and stakeholder management.- Fluent in English verbal and written, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
