You join the private debt fund team, a multidisciplinary team specializing in real estate debt, infrastructure debt, corporate and aircraft. Your mission will be to support the person responsible for the implementation of the private debt integration and harmonization project for various cross-functional projects, in collaboration with the various AEW support teams (compliance, ESG, funds operation, risk and IT).

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

- Participating in the definition and development of the various worksites and their deliverables;
- Preparing and facilitating the various work meetings;
- Define the planning of the various projects and deliverables;
- Participate in the drafting and review of the various final documents.

This experience will give you an in-depth understanding of how a management company operates and the operational aspects of private debt management within an international asset manager.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have at least 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management. Ideally, you already have professional experience in an asset management company or banking institution.

You are familiar with:

- The field of private debt;
- The Microsoft Office package.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Rigorous and organized;
- Known for your team spirit.

You master English with a C1 level.
