**Job Overview**
**Tasks**:
**Market focus**
The position will be focusing on the Western & Northern Europe Markets.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting, including Market Research, Outbound Outreach, Inbound Lead Qualification
- Lead Qualification and Needs Assessment, including Initial Engagement, Qualifying Questions like BANT or MEDDIC, Lead Scoring
- Pipeline Management and CRM Utilization, including Data Accuracy, Pipeline Tracking
- Appointment Setting and Handoff, including Meeting Scheduling, Smooth Handoff with account executives
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and prospect engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Language proficiency: English, French and another language between German or Spanish
- Interest in SaaS and AI Solutions
- Research and Analytical Skills
- Persistence and Resilience
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills
- Understanding of the sales process, especially in SaaS and tech-driven B2B environments
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales in industrial/enterprise context and in the EMEA & APAC Emerging Markets.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Demonstrated understanding of the automation/aerospace environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
