**Your purpose**:
At Zenchef, a leading European SaaS platform powering 25,000+ restaurants with 15 years of experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product experience that helps restaurants thrive. As a Product Design apprentice, you’ll work alongside senior designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-centered solutions — starting with our critical self-onboarding tool. Your mission: help new users get live in under 30 minutes by simplifying complex setups into intuitive, accessible flows that increase adoption and reduce churn.

**‍Your team**:
Join a passionate Product Design team of 3 designers driving impactful user experiences across multiple platforms: a React B2B web app, native and React-native Android and iOS apps, and various white-label products. Working closely with Product, Tech, and Customer-facing teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a token-based design system in React and collaborate in an international environment dedicated to creativity, quality, and continuous learning.

**‍ What you will do**:

- Collaborare closely with a senior product designer, product manager, and tech lead on designing and iterating our self-onboarding tool, helping users set up quickly and confidently.
- Translate user research and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma, contributing to usability testing and feedback sessions.
- Learn to deliver precise, developer-friendly design handoffs that speed up implementation and maintain quality.
- Support maintaining and evolving our token-based design system in Figma, while building clear documentation for its usage, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
- Develop the confidence and skills to advocate for your design decisions, gaining trust by clearly communicating the “why” behind your pixels.
- Participate in design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to refine your skills and uphold team standards.

**️ What you will bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in product design or equivalent, with a strong foundation in UX/UI principles, design patterns, and more.
- A curious, user-first mindset and a genuine interest in the customers we serve, coupled with eagerness to explore ideas, embrace feedback, and iterate quickly to craft the best possible solutions.
- An eye for detail and visual consistency, with an appreciation for creating polished, responsive designs that elevate the overall user experience.
- Ability to focus deeply on tasks and stay productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
- A collaborative attitude and openness to growing communication and teamwork skills through mentorship and practice.
- Fluency in English.
