Our head office in Lyon is looking for a Pricing project manager F/M on a permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. Reporting to the pricing director, and as a cross-functional service, you are required to collaborate with all our BUs across Europe.

The main tasks will be:

- Managing the deployment of pricing tools (CPQ and tender management) in the 4 European BUs (France, Southern Europe, Central Europe, UK)
- Monitoring the project budget and planning, organize the monthly Steering Committees with top management and be the XPO point of contact of our solution provider
- Training the end-users and monitor the success KPIs of the project deployment
- Elaborating Pricing principles (customer segmentation, list prices ) to answer the BUs needs and deploy a pricing strategy that provide a profitable growth.
- Working transversaly and closely with teams in the countries : Sales, Pricing, Operations to ensure the tools and processes adoption
- Building & improving team’s knowledge, processes and best practices.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

- 7 to 15 years of experience in Pricing and CPQ deployment
- Project management in an international context
- English fully professional competency
- Ability to understand business needs and to meet tight deadlines in an environment with multiple priorities
- Leadership and change-management oriented
- Curious, business oriented and solution driver
