Apprentice - Qhse Assistant

**Areas of Responsibility**:
Improvement of the QHSE service, mainly consisting of:

- Support to ensure compliance with French legislation and company HSE&Q policy, implementing the necessary operational actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Support all the country in the management of accidents, incidents and near misses, non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions by monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures.
- Ensure HSE&Q Platform & Reporting the data and information provisioning needed for the periodic preparation of reports
- Support to manage the statutory checks contract (Agencies, PPE, work tools) of ERG in France in order to relieve the operations on the management of controls and integrate statutory checks and NC in the Group monitoring software
- Participate to write and update overall ERG documents related to QHSE, lead meetings, participate to HSE inspections on site and participate to the root causes analysis in case of major incident/accident
- Participate to the management of every topics related to our ISO certifications (Quality : ISO9001, Environment : ISO14001, Safety : ISO45001)

**Studies**:
Quality, Safety, Environnement or QHSE Project management
- BAC+3 / Licence pro
- Master degree

**Work Experience**:
No experience needed.
**Languages**:

- French: Fluently
- English: Level B2

**IT Skills**:
Microsoft office

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:

- Interested in QHSE matters
- Work focused on clear objectives

- Ability in project management in a multi-service impact framework within ERG
- Ability to work in a team, strong commitment, precision and communication

**Additional Information**:
Duration: 12-24 months (contrat d’apprentissage)

Workplace: Chartres (or Nantes, Fruges, Paris)
