PURCHASING DEVELOPMENT MERCHANDISING MANAGER CDD
RESPONSABLE ACHAT DEVELOPPEMENT MERCHANDISING PLV CDD

As Purchasing Development Merchandising Manager, your role is to collect the brief from the visual merchandising team, analyze and check it before sending it to suppliers for tendering. As a true project manager, your objective is to validate the brief, follow the manufacturing process, go to the factory, validate the colors, guarantee the timings, anticipate the risks, until delivery to the Coty warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Purchasing Development Merchandising Manager you are responsible for development, production and delivery of Merchandising items for the Luxury Brands.

**Your main focus**:
Receive briefs from Retail Experience to brief accordingly our suppliers Analyze quotations and technical drawings before launching prototypes Select the right suppliers according to the costs, prototype and timing Validate prototype, BAT, 1st off and raise prices in SAP (MR21) for each DC and place purchase orders thanks Ariba Follow the production and the delivery to our Global DC (check the good receipt) and work closely with Procurement & warehouses Work on KPIs and continuous improvement

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like working with various stakeholders, as a Purchasing Development Merchandising Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Have around 10 years’ experience in a similar position / environment Have technical expertise: The person needs to be an expert with all technical productions: printing (offset, digital, silkscreen, hot foil), vaccum forming, injection moldings), specially in make up universe. Have Leadership, proactivity and great communication skills. Solution oriented, you are creative and don’t hesitate to propose ideas You master the English and French languages on a near native level Autonomous, you are responsible and work easily as a true Project Manager
