Cdi - Merchandise Planner W/m - Salomon Apparel &

**We are looking for a **Merchandise Planner W/M** to**:

- Drive S&OP process coordinating regional and HQ merchandisers to ensure sales plan alignment with financial budget and Supply plan according to expected level of service and the strategic directions of the company.

**You will work in close collaboration with our Merchandising, Finance, IT and Supply teams.**

**You will report directly to the Merchandising Director.**

**Main Activities**:
You will be responsible for coordinating short and medium term sales forecasts for Apparel product lines within an S&OP process:

- Ensure the reliability of the data in the systems to allow the planning process to run smoothly (product review).
- Maintain and continuously improve the analysis and demand planning tools (QlickView / Excel / JDA)
- Lead the monthly demand review meeting to validate the merchandising plan with the product and financial management.
- Check the consistency of this plan with the strategic orientations (marketing plan, financial objective, range efficiency)
- Alert the merchandising team in case of significant discrepancies and facilitate decision-making
- Ensure coordination between merchandising, finance and marketing teams with the supply chain.
- Coordinate with customer service the optimization of order confirmation by requesting airfreight and prioritization of the inbound process.
- Follow-up on availability and inventory KPIs
- Provide sell through reporting and analysis
- Carry out in parallel various continuous improvement projects of the process and S&OP tools.

- _ Piloter le processus S&OP en coordonnant les merchandiseurs régionaux et du siège pour assurer l'alignement du plan de vente avec le budget financier et le plan d'approvisionnement en fonction du niveau de service attendu et des orientations stratégiques de l'entreprise._

**_ Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes merchandising, finance, IT et approvisionnement._**

Activités principales :_**
- Vous serez responsable de la coordination des prévisions de ventes à court et moyen terme pour la ligne de produits Apparel dans le cadre d'un processus S&OP :_
- _ Assurer la fiabilité des données dans les systèmes pour permettre le bon déroulement du processus de planification (revue de produits)._
- _ Maintenir et améliorer continuellement les outils d'analyse et de planification de la demande (QlickView / Excel / JDA)._
- _ Animer la réunion mensuelle de revue de la demande pour valider le plan de merchandising avec la direction produit et la direction financière._
- _ Vérifier la cohérence de ce plan avec les orientations stratégiques (plan marketing, objectif financier, efficacité de la gamme)._
- _ Alerter l'équipe merchandising en cas d'écarts significatifs et faciliter la prise de décision._
- _ Assurer la coordination entre les équipes merchandising, finance et marketing avec la supply chain._
- _ Coordonner avec le service client l'optimisation de la confirmation des commandes en demandant le fret aérien et la priorisation du processus entrant._
- _ Assurer le suivi de la disponibilité et des KPI de l'inventaire_
- _ Fournir des rapports et des analyses sur les ventes_
- _ Mener en parallèle différents projets d'amélioration continue du processus et des outils S&OP._

**Qualifications**
- **Needed Work Experience**: A first experience in planning or business analysis
- ** Education**: Master's degree in Engineering
- ** Foreign Language(s)**: good command of English
- ** IT Skills**: VBA, QlickView and advanced Excel skills
