This is the perfect opportunity Creaform needs you and your organizational, relational and technical skills to support the technical support department. You will have the opportunity to technically support customers, distribution networks and internal users in the use of technologies and software developed and sold by Creaform.
Julien, your future manager, is known for his approachability. He is always ready to help others. He has been working at Creaform for about ten years. He started as a project engineer and is now responsible for technical support in EMEA.

**What does a typical project look like in your new team?**
- In collaboration with fellow experts, provide technical support and solutions to technology and software users;
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Respond to user questions
- Manage the return of defective hardware for repair or replacement
- Manage the files necessary for the use of the technologies and their availability on the customer portal
- Report improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues to product experts.

- You have a professional command of French and English (German is an asset);
