**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager at Salomon, by becoming our next **Campaign Art Designer (W/M/O)**, you will be responsible for:

- Lead artistic direction of our brand and product marketing campaigns,
- Maximizing sell-in and sell-out strategies,
- Across all consumer touch points:

- Social media,
- Own websites,
- Advertising, retail,
- Point of sales
- Generate innovative and visually striking ideas for campaign visuals, graphics, videos, artwork for all our sports.
- Translate marketing objectives, briefs, messages into a compelling visual concept & message (Mood board, story board )
- Oversee and manage the production of photo & video contents including scripting, storyboarding, shooting and editing to ensure it aligns with the marketing brief
- Ensure all creatives assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all visuals.
- Develop and reenforce brand guidelines in a close relationship with the creative director
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that inspires and motivates the content team.
- Work closely with all the brand and category marketing teams, digital teams, ecom teams, retail teams to integrate visual elements seamlessly into our campaign toolbox.
- Identify, collaborate and brief external agencies, models and freelancers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor’s creative strategies.
- Incorporate insights into campaign design and execution.
- Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable du Marketing Digital chez Salomon, en devenant notre prochain(e) _**_Campaign Art Designer / Directeur(rice) Artistique (H/F)_**_, vous serez chargé(e) de :_
- _ Générer des idées innovantes et visuellement marquantes pour les visuels de campagne, les graphiques, les vidéos, les œuvres d'art pour tous nos sports._
- _ Traduire les objectifs marketing, les briefs, les messages en un concept visuel et un message convaincants (Mood board, story board...). _
- _ Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de la production des contenus photo et vidéo, y compris le script, le storyboard, la prise de vue et l'édition afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont conformes au brief marketing._
- _ Veillez à ce que tous les éléments créatifs soient livrés dans les délais et respectent les normes de qualité._
