We currently have an opportunity to join our team at Trust Wallet as a Community Manager. In this role, you'll play a key role in growing and managing local online and offline Trust Wallet communities. This is a full time remote position and can be based in all global locations.
- The key responsibilities for this role include
- Grow and manage local online and offline Trust Wallet communities
- Create, and proofread content for Trust Wallet, focusing on the English speaking markets
- Moderate the regional Trust Wallet social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness
- Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups
- Assist with Trust Wallet moderator recruitment and relationship management
- Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams in Trust Wallet
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms
- Analysis and reporting of market growth, surveys, etc.
- Assisting the creative team with the design of community promotional materials
- Using social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives
