**PURPOSE OF THE POSITIO**
You will be part of a dynamic and diversified team, driving change in the finance department.
You will be the right-hand man of the Group Controlling Director and act in contact with the general management.
You will play a pivotal role within the Group's finance department, supporting the general management. You will monitor and analyze all financial developments in a regional and cross-functional area, in close collaboration with the countries. You will accompany and support the development and digital transformation projects carried out by the Group thanks to your expertise in management mechanisms. You will contribute to strengthening the role of the holding company as a growth lever by modernizing financial processes.
**ACTIVITIES**
**Main responsibilities**
1/ Role as an expert in the economic development of your perimeter, both in the actual and forecasting phases
- Key point of contact between the financial teams of the perimeter and the Group's financial management
- Control and analysis of the accounts / extra financial indicators of your perimeter with a focus on the analysis of risks and opportunities and proposals for corrective measures
- Participation in the preparation of summary documents for the Group's Management Committee
- Support your countries in the use of reporting tools and compliance with Group deadlines and standards
- Analysis of investment projects within your scope leading to a recommendation to the Group Investment Committee
2/ In terms of transversal responsibilities
- Development of expertise on several themes at the forefront of the team. For example: profitability of investments, impact of inflation on Group performance, analysis of supply chain indicators.
- Taking charge of cross-functional analysis and projects in cooperation with the Group's non-financial functions
3/ Contribution to the development of the team
- Critical look at the organization and methods, participation in the continuous improvement of processes, contribution to the development and adoption of new reporting tools and new KPIs
- Working closely with the Group consolidation team and the IT team supporting the management of the Group's financial systems.

**NECESSARY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES**
**Profile sought**:
- 5 years of higher education with a major in finance or management control
- 10 years of experience, ideally starting in an audit firm and then working within a group in an international environment
- Good skills in financial analysis and, more generally, an affinity for investigating and solving complex problems
- Proficiency in office automation tools (advanced Excel level essential, Word, Powerpoint) and ease with business intelligence tools (Power BI or others)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Clear and effective communication

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Energetic, supportive and enthusiastic team player who proactively shares ideas
- Interpersonal skills and pedagogy, particularly in remote and cross-functional settings
