Designer Interior Cabin

**Kubota Research and Development Europe**, located at Crépy-en-Valois near Paris, is a unique Research & Development center in France dedicated to agricultural tractors offering the possibility of designing, assembling, carrying out bench and track tests.

The tractor is a technological machine combining mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic energies that helps to ensure food production.

Our mission is to expand our presence in the European market in order to quickly develop and market products that meet the needs of farmers by offering them innovative and intuitive tractors.

In this context, **within the R&D Team**, we are looking for a **Designer Interior Cabine**.

**Your main missions are**:

- Define the interior cab
- Design all plastic parts in coordination with our style department
- Define the position of the air ducts to ensure a good thermal comfort Interface:

- Structure cab Performance:

- Percieved quality
- Colar & space feeling
- Ergonomy of all the HMI including mechanical levers Challenges
- Define the new standard of cabin to make Kubota as number one in ergonomy and quality
- Design to cost approach to put added value for the customer

**Profile**:

- You have at least 5 years’ experience in plastic design.
- Strong knowledge of all plastic processes: rotomolding, injection, thermoforming...
- You are familiar with CAD Software (CATIA) - PLM Software (ENOVIA)
- Good level in English
- Knowledge in tractor regulation (167-2013) & Safety
- Pragmatic - See with your own eyes - Facts and Figures oriented - Polyvalence - Positive attitude - Transversal technical management
