We are looking for a **Buyer Transport Road Outside Europe **for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Paris La Défense, France**
**Start Date: Jan 2025**
**Contract Duration: 12 months**
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Procurement experience with the use of an eSourcing tool,
- Soft communication skills, ability to work with remote contacts,
- Intercultural Competencies
- IT tools including Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent English required.
Tasks to be performed
- In support of the Segment Leader Road Transport outside Europe
- Supporting Marketing & Services subsidiaries outside Europe, for the management of road transport and warehousing purchases:
- Assistance in the preparation of materials for decision-making bodies,
- Animation of purchasing projects with the subsidiaries: keeping the schedule, periodic meetings,
- If applicable, Launch of Calls for Tenders via the E-sourcing platform,
- RFI preparation, processing, analysis and restitution,
- Preparation of Calls for Tenders in conjunction with subsidiaries,
- Assistance during calls for tenders: Provision of models, use of the E-sourcing tool, preparation and punctual participation if necessary in supplier defenses.
- Monitoring of purchasing spend within the scope of this Purchasing segment.
